deploy.nodara.ai - QMLS public iPXE fallback server

This host serves the fallback boot path for QMLS bare-metal servers:
  /boot/<mac>   rescue.ipxe menu (used only when the site-local deploy
                server is unreachable; defaults to boot from local disk)
  /ipxe/        static iPXE assets (console background)
  /health       health check

Nothing else is served. All other paths return 404.
